- 1.5 cups Chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil Extra Virgin
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp coriander powder
If preferred hummus flavor: Spinach Hummus
- ¼ cup spinach
If preferred hummus flavor: Roasted Eggplant Hummus
- ¼ cup roasted eggplant
If preferred hummus flavor: Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus
- ½ cup roasted red bell pepper

Instructions
- In a colander, drain the chickpeas and set aside.
- Add all ingredients in the food chopper and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with toasted pita bread and drizzle with olive oil when serving.
