1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
By using this website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing products from Focus Global Inc. (the “Seller,” “we,” “us”), the authorized distributor of Instant Pot in the Philippines, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act and the Internet Transactions Act.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
We do not sell products to minors. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
3. PURCHASE TERMS AND PAYMENTS
- Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons such as stock unavailability or errors in pricing.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized e-wallets (e.g., GCash, Maya).
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
- Standard Delivery Timelines: We aim to deliver your orders within the following estimated timeframes after order verification:
- Metro Manila: 1 to 3 business days
- Greater Manila Area (Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal): 3 to 5 business days
- Luzon (Provincial): 5 to 7 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao: 7 to 14 business days
- Delays: Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., typhoons, floods) or courier-related issues are beyond our immediate control, but we will notify you of significant delays.
- Risk of Loss: Under Philippine law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only upon actual delivery to the address provided.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTIES
- Returns & Exchanges: We honor all consumer rights mandated by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). While we cannot accept returns for a “change of mind,” all defective goods are eligible for exchange or refund.
- Defective Goods: If your Instant Pot is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a Repair, Replacement, or Refund within the warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- For damaged goods upon receipt, attaching a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video to your request will help our team verify the issue instantly—allowing us to process your exchange or refund much faster!
All claims for defects are subject to technical inspection by Focus Global Inc.’s authorized service center to determine if the defect is a manufacturing flaw or caused by user misuse (e.g., improper voltage, unauthorized repairs).
Customers must retain any documentation of the sales transaction (e.g. official receipt, sales invoice, screenshot of order confirmation and details). This document is required to avail of our return and refund, return and exchange, and/or warranty services.
- Change of Mind: Please note that “Change of Mind” (Buyer’s Remorse) does not entitle a customer to a refund or exchange under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)’s guidelines.
- Cooling-off Period: Pursuant to the Internet Transactions Act, consumers may cancel an order before the items are dispatched for delivery. Kindly note that for change-of-mind order cancellations, payment transaction fees will be deducted to the total refund amount.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use of improper voltage or current, usage contrary to the operating instructions, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, disassembly, commercial use, or acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
- Repairs where your appliance is used for other than normal, single-family household use or when it is used in a manner that is contrary to published user or operator instructions.
- Use of unauthorized parts and accessories, or repairs to parts and systems resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made to this appliance by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center representative.
- Warranty shall be void if the product is used with a transformer, converter or in a country with different voltage requirements than the Philippines (220V).
- Please make sure to read the manual included in the package for proper usage and what to avoid when using the appliance.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Our collection of your personal data (name, delivery address, contact number) is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We use this information solely for order fulfillment and customer support.
7. ANTI-SPAM AND CYBERCRIME COMPLIANCE
We comply with the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175), and we do not engage in unsolicited commercial electronic communications (Spam). You may opt-out of our marketing emails at any time.

If an amicable settlement is not reached, disputes shall be resolved through the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or via the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)’s Consumer Care mediation process.
All disputes with connection to the present contract—including any question about its existence, validity, or termination—shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines. English language shall be used in the arbitration proceedings.
17. SEVERABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of Use are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms and conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.
