Ingredients
  • 1.5cups Chickpeas
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 2tbsp Tahini
  • 2tbsp olive oilExtra Virgin
  • 2tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½tsp Salt
  • ½tsp Cumin
  • ½tsp coriander powder
If preferred hummus flavor: Spinach Hummus
  • ¼cup spinach
If preferred hummus flavor: Roasted Eggplant Hummus
  • ¼cup roasted eggplant
If preferred hummus flavor: Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus
  • ½cup roasted red bell pepper
Instructions
  1. In a colander, drain the chickpeas and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients in the food chopper and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with toasted pita bread and drizzle with olive oil when serving.
  4. Enjoy!
