BBQ Pulled Pork Fries
Ingredients
- 500 grams pork shoulder cut into cubes
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup coca cola
- 1 kg french fries
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 piece pickled red onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup coca cola

Instructions
Put pork shoulder and cola in the Instant Pot Duo Crisp inner pot. Pour the bbq sauce over the pork. Do not mix.
Close the Instant Pot Duo Crisp using the multicooker lid. Pressure Cook the pork for 30 mins on High Pressure.
Quick release pressure when done, Remove the pork and transfer to a bowl. Use to forks to shred the pork while still hot.
Rinse and dry the inner pot before returning to the pot.
Insert the air fry basket and add the fries. Spray cooking oul to coat the fries in the pot.
Air Fry at 200C for 20 mins.
Transfer fries on a plate and top with the pulled pork, sour cream, pickled onions, shredded cheddar and cilantro leaves.
