- 500 g Ground Chicken
- ¼ cup apple puree
- ½ cup Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Spring Onion
- 1 pc Egg
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- ¼ cup Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all listed indredients until well incorporated.
- After mixing, cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigirate for at least 30 minutes to let it rest and cool.
- Form meatballs to your desired size and put on baking sheet then air-fry for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees C
- Mix sauce ingredients in another bowl until well incorporated.
- Serve meatballs with sauce drizzled on top.
