Ingredients
Main
  • 500g Ground Chicken
  • ¼cup apple puree
  • ½cup Carrotsshredded
  • ¼cup Spring Onion
  • 1pc Egg
  • ½cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½tsp Cumin
  • ½tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼tsp Salt
  • ¼tsp Pepper
Sauce
  • 1cup Mango Puree
  • ¼cup Hot Sauce
  • 1tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix all listed indredients until well incorporated.
  2. After mixing, cover mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigirate for at least 30 minutes to let it rest and cool.
  3. Form meatballs to your desired size and put on baking sheet then air-fry for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees C
  4. Mix sauce ingredients in another bowl until well incorporated.
  5. Serve meatballs with sauce drizzled on top.
  6. Enjoy!
