  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 500 g ground pork
  • 200 g pickeld relish
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3 tbsp CornStarch
  • 200 g cheese
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 1 pc chorizo bibao ground
  • 1 pc Carrots finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
  1. Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
  2. In a cling wrap place a portion of the mixture. Form and roll it tightly then cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Set the instant pot in steam mode, pour a cup of water in the pot, place the rack and put the embotido.
  4. Cook for 20 munites.
