Instructions
Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
In a cling wrap place a portion of the mixture. Form and roll it tightly then cover with aluminum foil.
Set the instant pot in steam mode, pour a cup of water in the pot, place the rack and put the embotido.
Cook for 20 munites.
