Place the pork small intestines, water, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns in the Instant Duo Crisp inner pot. Use the multi-cooker lid to secure the Instant Pot.
Pressure cook the pork for 30 minutes on Low Pressure. Quick release pressure once done cooking.
When done, drain the pork from the liquid and other ingredients.
Rinse and wipe the inner pot and return it along with the air fry basket.
Place the pork intestines inside and cover the Instant Pot with the air fry lid.
Air Fry the pork at 160C for 15 minutes, flipping the food when prompted.
Drain the fat and serve with spiced vinegar. Enjoy!
