Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pc Onion chopped
- 500 g ground pork
- 200 g pickeld relish
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3 tbsp CornStarch
- 200 g cheese
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1 pc chorizo bibao ground
- 1 pc Carrots finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
- Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
- In a cling wrap place a portion of the mixture. Form and roll it tightly then cover with aluminum foil.
- Set the instant pot in steam mode, pour a cup of water in the pot, place the rack and put the embotido.
- Cook for 20 munites.
