- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pc Egg
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 250 g cheese

Instructions
Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients using a whisk.
Grease the molds with oil, pour in the mixture filling 3/4 per cup.
Turn the instant pot in steam mode, pour 1 cup of water, put the racks/puto molds with the mixture top with a piece of cheese. Close the lid and steam for 15 minutes.
