Poached Pears with Homemade Yogurt

    Ingredients
    
                
        For the pears    
                - 2 pcs Whole pears peeled
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
        For the yogurt    
                - 500 ml milk
- 1 tsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla

    Instructions
    
                - Dissolve the brown sugar in the water inside the Instant Pot. Mix in the spices and submerge the pears.
- Close the lid and press Pressure Cook on High, adjust the time to 10 minutes.
- Quick release pressure once done. Take out the pears and switch to Sauté function on Normal. Let the syrup thicken.
- Create the yogurt using the Instant Pot Yogurt Recipe. Add vanilla and honey in the end.
- Assemble the dish by placing the pears on dessert plates. Drizzle the syrup and top with a dollop of yogurt. Option to add crushed amarretti cookies and garnish with mint.
