Ingredients
For the seafood sauce:

For the rice:

Instructions
Put all ingredients for the seafood except calamansi juice in the Instant Pot inner pot. Arrange seafood into an even layer.
Place rice ingredients in a stainless steel container or pressure cooker safe bowl. Place on top of the seafood in the inner pot.
For the vegetables, wrap okra, corn, and kangkong separately in an aluminum foil.
Close the lid and turn the pressure valve into SEALING. Press the [PRESSURE COOK] function and set pressure level to [HIGH]. Adjust time to 4 mins.
Once done, serve rice on a banana leaf and serve with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and salted eggs.
