Instructions
Butter the bowl and set aside.
In another bowl mix the sugar and butter until the sugar is dissolved.
Beat the eggs in one by one then add the vanilla powder, baking powder and flour.
Mix until no flour is seen.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan, cover the bowl with the parchment paper then tie it with the twine and cover it with foil.
Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes.
