Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and milks, set aside.
Make a caramel buy heating the water and sugar in the mold until golden brown.
Pour the egg mixture in the mold,.
Pour 1 cup of water in the pot, place the rack and put the leche flan mold with the mixture inside the pot.
Close the lid and set to steam more for 15 minutes.
