Ingredients
  • ½kg Cod
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste
  • 4tbsp Butter
  • ½cup BellpepperSliced
  • ¼cup OlivesSliced
  • ¼cup parsley
  • 1pc Lemon
Instructions
  1. Cut parchment into your desired shape.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper and place on the parchment paper. Top fish with bellpepper, olives, butter, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Close and seal the parchment paper to create a small pouch.
  4. Place the pouches on a trivet in the Instant Pot then pour a cup of water underneath and Pressure cook in High Pressure for 8 minutes.
  5. Serve fish inside the pouch.
